Melonex is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Contact the support team listed in your order confirmation email, or email support@themelonex.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Returning bottles (used or unused) may be requested; follow the instructions you receive.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days after approval.
